Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience.

Late Arrivals
Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened appointment if time allows.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Walk-Ins
Walk-ins are welcome during select pop-up events based on availability.

The minimum age for permanent jewelry at SOLVIA CO. is 12 years old.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who must provide consent and sign the required Minor Consent & Release before services are performed.

The guest receiving the jewelry must be comfortable participating in the fitting and welding process.

For the safety of our guests and team, SOLVIA CO. reserves the right to decline or discontinue service if:

• The minor is uncomfortable or unwilling to proceed.

• The minor is unable to remain still during the welding process.

• The parent or legal guardian is not present to provide consent.

• We believe the service may not be in the minor's best interest or cannot be performed safely.

Our priority is to ensure every guest has a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable experience.

A parent or legal guardian must remain present for the duration of the appointment.

Although our materials are carefully selected, individual skin reactions can occur.

Please notify us before your appointment if you have any known metal allergies or sensitivities.

Solvia Co. cannot guarantee against allergic reactions.

Every piece is custom measured for your preferred fit.

Once welded, sizing cannot be adjusted without removing and rewelding the jewelry.

Customers are responsible for approving the fit before welding.

Because every piece is custom made, all permanent jewelry sales are final.

Your safety is our priority.

Protective eyewear is provided during every welding service.

The welding process creates a brief electrical arc that never touches your skin.

Please inform your jewelry specialist before your appointment if you:

• have a pacemaker

• have an implanted medical device

• are pregnant and have concerns

• have a medical condition that may affect the service

Permanent jewelry may need to be removed before MRI scans, surgery, or certain medical procedures.

The Solvia Co. Lifetime Weld Promise

We take pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. Every permanent jewelry piece includes our Lifetime Weld Promise.

If your weld ever comes apart due to normal wear or weld failure, we'll reweld your original Solvia Co. piece complimentary for life.

What is covered

✔ Lifetime complimentary rewelds of the original weld

✔ Rewelding of your original Solvia Co. chain, provided the chain is in wearable condition

What is not covered

Our Lifetime Weld Promise does not cover:

• Lost jewelry

• Stretched or broken chain caused by snagging or excessive force

• Damaged or bent charms

• Broken chain away from the original weld

• Theft

• Improper care or misuse

• Normal wear that requires chain replacement

• Jewelry purchased from another business

If your chain requires replacement, we'll gladly help you select a new chain or repair your existing piece whenever possible. Replacement materials and specialty repairs are available for an additional charge.

Rewelds

Need your piece reattached after a medical procedure or removal?

If your original chain is still intact, we'll reweld it at no charge under our Lifetime Weld Promise.

If replacement materials are needed, only the cost of the new chain or components will apply.

Our Lifetime Weld Promise applies to the original purchaser and original Solvia Co. jewelry only and is non-transferable.

Permanent jewelry is designed for everyday wear.

To keep your jewelry looking its best:

• Avoid snagging on clothing or equipment.

• Clean occasionally with warm water, mild soap, and a soft cloth.

• Dry thoroughly after swimming.

• Apply perfumes, lotions, and sunscreen before putting jewelry in contact with your skin whenever possible.

With proper care, your jewelry can last for years.

Permanent jewelry can be removed by cutting the small jump ring.

If you need to remove your jewelry for work, travel, surgery, or a medical procedure, save your chain.

We'll gladly reweld your original piece if it's still in wearable condition.

Standard reweld fees apply.

Because every piece is custom measured, cut, and welded specifically for you, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds on permanent jewelry services.

If you experience an issue covered under our warranty, we're happy to help make it right.

We're honored to bring the Solvia Co. experience to private celebrations, corporate gatherings, pop-ups, and special events.

Reservations

A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to reserve your event date and will be applied toward your final event balance.

Your event is not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and your booking has been approved by Solvia Co.

Event Minimum

Private parties are subject to a $350 minimum event spend.

Guests may pay individually during the event unless the host has arranged a prepaid package or custom experience in advance.

If the event minimum is not met, the host is responsible for the remaining balance.

Event Planning

To ensure a seamless experience, the following details will be confirmed prior to your event:

• Estimated guest count

• Event location

• Setup space and accessibility

• Electrical power availability

• Indoor or outdoor setup

• Travel distance

• Custom requests or specialty pieces

Additional deposits or minimum spending requirements may apply for larger events, corporate activations, or highly customized experiences.

Travel

Events outside our standard service area may be subject to a travel fee, which will be discussed before booking.

Outdoor Events

For outdoor events, a safe, shaded, and weather-protected backup location is required in the event of rain, excessive heat, wind, or other unsafe conditions.

Solvia Co. reserves the right to modify or postpone outdoor services if weather conditions create an unsafe environment for guests or equipment.

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable.

Requests to reschedule must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date and are subject to availability.

Solvia Co. reserves the right to refuse service if the event environment is deemed unsafe or unsuitable for permanent jewelry services.

Specialty pieces include:

• Toe & Anklet Chains

• Upper Arm Chains

• Permanent Bag Charms

These custom pieces may have additional sizing requirements and pricing.
